So many new things going on!

• Steve has bought a house

It’s awesome. Living the dream.. 1.5km from me! The whole process has been quite an experience. I organised the finance and everything, so it was a learning experience for me too. One I can quite confidently say I am quite comfortable in - apart from a few moments of ‘OHSHI-’ moments which I managed to turn around with the help of the boss. But yeah, the best part is buying whitegoods and furniture stuff together It’s great fun, and if Settlement is all good on Friday, we can move in this weekend!! I’ve been a little bit overbearing during the whole process, but I’m just trying to be a good girlfriend I suppose.. Anyways, new house! Near me! That’s all that matters!

• Finally finished Summer Semester

Well yes, the dreaded Summer Semester is over. Official results haven’t been posted yet as my last exam was just on Friday 6th. It was my CRIM2000 50 question multi choice exam worth a cool 50% of my overall grade. I think I only needed 14/50 in the exam to pass the course, so I anticipate that I did a lot better than that! HMST1023 came at a surprise, I got 17.5/20 for the assignment which is AWESOME as it boosted my dismal 79/121 mark for my exam. Le sigh.

• Went to Melbourne with my lion dance team

I don’t think I’ve formally mentioned it, but I am the team Treasurer and Secretary for a lion dance association. It’s been a challenge but rewarding in many ways. Have heaps of cool new contacts and experiences. So last week we were in Melbourne for the weekend to perform at the Glen Waverely Lantern Festival. It was good fun, except the weather really got to me. It went from one extreme to another, and there were four seasons in one day. As a result I’m still sick and have a doctor’s appointment for later today. But all good, now that I’ve been I can add it to my experiences.

That’s pretty much about it. Birthday shout outs to Kyrin for his 21st today and to Erin for her 21st last Thursday. Seems like I’m next!!!

This week has just been a breath of fresh air..

By no means was it super awesome since bad things happened and stuff, but it was just.. refreshing. I think I handled the week very well as there was minimal dramas and it even seems like a while ago since everything had happened. I mean, sure I’ve neglected my studies a little, but I think of how great my mental state is, and it’s worth it!

The weekend has been pretty crazy. I kept thinking yesterday was Sunday since it was so lazy. I made my way out to the bayside and had lunch at Victoria Point. It was just lovely. Even though it was a simple meal of italian, the ambience was perfect, the service was excellent and we sat alfresco overlooking a lake complete with fountain and wildlife. Conversation was stimulating and the company was delightful. Oh how I live for days like those.. it was just magical.

I’ve gone and changed the theme of my blog again, a few other subtle changes here and there, but all refreshing I guess. Also got Tatey to do an update on Wordpress too, so everything is running alot smoother.

Oh yeah, also got some business cards designed (finally), so now all I’m doing is shopping around for a printer to get the work done I’m so excited! Now at functions and things I can hand business cards out to people and be all professional!

I’ve got a full day planned ahead of me, so watch this space sometime tomorrow for updates!!!~~

After having a brief discussion with Miss Flora, I’ve come to the following conclusions:

#1 - Flora is excellent.
#2 - Adam is a total douche.
#3 - I am also excellent.

This weekend went for way too long. Actually, this whole week went for way too long. I want to skip this week and any other week that will be like it in the future.

It’s too hard. Too hard to do things. Things shouldn’t be this hard should they? Things should be pretty clear. Not right now, everything is so hazy. I don’t know what I want to do, or where I want to be. Well, I do know what I where I want to be, but I don’t think I can be there, I don’t know if I can anyway.

This is me, back to being cryptic. Like how I always used to be. That’s my nature. I did open up this year. I opened up alot for someone. And I thought things would be good. I thought 2007 had a turn around, but I don’t think so anymore. It could, but please.. just say so! I miss you so much, and I told you that losing you again would be more than I could bear..

Wow, I haven’t been updating as much as I want to, mainly for a few reasons:

1. I’ve been pretty lazy
2. Tate’s network has been down since his migration to ADSL2 (Acacia Ridge exchange still hasn’t been fitted yet)
3. See 1.

I’ve been unwell these last few days. Girl troubles, etc etc etc. Working abit too. IGA is coming along smoothly, although working with school girls who have half a brain is abit.. *shudder*

They are pretty dumb.. It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to run a supermarket.. JEEZ! Our restaurant actually moved. We closed last Mon - Wed to move it over, and yesterday we had our first delivery orders! Well 2 of them. And OMG so funny, one was to a street next to where we live, and the other was right next to the other chinese restaurant at the IGA lol! Pwned. Hopefully it will be more busy tonight since it’s Friday. I for once hope it is because there’s no cd player in the new shop and I don’t have any music to listen to..

Edit: Oh yeah, Manjie got desexed!%$@%$ I feel so terrible because she’s angry with me.. She’s in so much pain right now!!! I gave her a hot water bottle and she loves it.. Well she seems content.

Also, Happy Birthday to Sarah. She’s finally 18 and yet still too lazy to do anything about it

Finally finished my Crim long paper assignment, albeit it needed some changes but Erin and I got there. Handed it in at 3:30PM yesterday, just 1.5 hours til the due deadline I’ve finished my assignments for now, I have another one due in June, so yeah.. Let me relax okay?!?!?!

It’s been really cold lately! I had to pull the heater out last night, brrrrrr! Speaking of last night, Adamia and I went to see MI:III, it was OKAY! It exceeded expectations, where both our expectations were negative something. I actually couldn’t remember 1 or 2, so it was a completely random movie. I still want to see Da Vinci Code and X Men! OHOHOHOH Speaking of movies! There is this movie coming out next month called “Take the Lead”, it has Antonio Banderas in it! It’s one of those dancing movies! I can’t wait, will probably end up seeing it by myself unless I can drag Adam to go along, but judging by what he said last night, he says it’s pretty gay

I just finished trying on my formal dress (For the fifty billionth time), and it still fits!

Formal is on the 22nd of July, not long to go now. I can’t wait! My dress still fits, and I finally figured out what necklace to wear, and how to have my hair! My shoes still fit, and are still a pain to walk in (They’re 10cm+ stilletos.. cmon!), but they’re still hot. Anyways, I really really can’t express how excited I am about this formal (Hang on, I’m blogging it!) so yeah, will take LOTS of pics etc. Can’t wait!
