Well I didn’t think I’d get home in time to blog for the day, but.. *looks at the time* it’s 2345, so there’s still a bit of ‘today’ left. I had an absolute fucking blast today! Who would’ve thought hanging out with a bunch of old relo’s who you barely know would be fun? But it was! Seriously, great. Today I took Grandmother, 2nd Aunt, 4th Uncle and 7th Aunt to the Gold Coast! It was so much fun hanging out, we visited Southport, Australia Fair, Surfers Paradise and had dinner at the Casino. I even introduced them to Nando’s for lunch.

Day 6

DO NOT PASS GO AND DO NOT COLLECT $200

lawl, nah, I did. I love how bearable family can become once you pass GO. So far I’ve collected various gifts and souvenirs which have made sharing a room with Lex a bit more worth my while.

So off on another blogging adventure! Today Jess Page and I went on a rainy coastal adventure. First stop: Pacific Fair! You know, I had kinda forgotten how half the shops in this joint are OUTSIDE and NOT under cover. Boo. But it was light rain and I did lots of shopping so all is not lost completely.

I bought:
- a pair of dark denim skinnys from Dotti
- a belt from Dotti
- a pair of shoes from HD
- top from Westco

That’s all for now, I think.. I had to resist SO much temptation not to buy these really super cute flats, but yeah.. I wish I did now

And then our next stop was SURFERS PARADISE! :D

Here, Jess and I went and played mini golf, dodgem cars and laser skirmish at Timezone as well as some other random games. Was heaps of fun. We were going to do Infinity but I had spent heaps of monies already Jess was pretty disappointed I think, but I will have to make it up to her another day.

On a totally different note though, I don’t think he deserves a mourning period at all. In fact, nothing, zip, zilch, zero. I’m so sick of feeling sorry for myself when I find out things I don’t want to know.

Erin hasn’t called me back and I don’t know what we’re doing on Thursday. But on Thursday, Flora is going to be out on the town, rockin’ it out. I should crawl into bed now, crime prevention leaflets don’t hand themselves out you know. No really, they don’t!

Alexia went to Rockhampton this morning, for two weeks.

This whole week I’ve been feeling so happy that he’s going to be out of hair and everything but now sitting here typing this, he’s not sitting behind me playing WoW and asking annoying questions.. I kinda miss that

Well, technically she’s been in town for the last 6 months, and we’ve only just seen her and she’s staying at our house too, which is kinda cool I guess.

No idea how long she will stay though, she doesn’t normally stay here long, but um yeah, dunno.

Kinda abit busy with uni again, but yeah, I dunno I’m not stressing!

My internet has finally been fixed, although it was the phone line’s fault in the first place. Also, dad had a major freak out because money in his wallet went missing but he gave it to mum last night so for awhile we all blamed the poor repairman, but dad isn’t sure still.

Aight.. So, let me give you a funny story. Just then Adam calls me up and says “Hey! Wanna go pick up my car for me?” I’m like “Aight.. Sure” then I’m like “Wait, where is it?” and then he’s like “At the panel beaters on Kessels Road” I’m like “Dude, how the fuck am I meant to get to Kessels Road without a car so I can drive yours home?!” and there was a big “Oh…. yeah…”

Also, how retarded is bank security over the phone? We all know my mum isn’t very smart when it comes to English, especially when she’s talking to someone with a kiwi accent OVER THE PHONE. So she identified herself to the bank people, and then authorised them to talk to me. But nooooooo, they didn’t want to deal with me and my mum couldn’t understand them. WHAT BS!

What else is new? Today we visited this house in Runcorn that was for sale.. Not bad, but I’m too used to my big house now, it’ll be weird to move back into something smaller.. It was a big house too, so it must mean my current house is extra big!

I’m getting dizzy abit.. I think I may go lie down, I dunno. It’s strange. Oh yeah, Groomy the mofo started talking to me again! God it must’ve been what? 3 years now?! Fark! Groomy is cool, he has a convertible onevia with a RB20 engine in it. lolol

Hmm let me begin this post and say that mother is ranting..

So today, mother and I went to Hyperdome, which is at Logan for the uneducated. It’s recently been expanded and we thought we might go for a bit of shopping and some lunch. Well that’s about it really.. I did end up having lunch at Sizzler, and once again we didn’t manage to eat alot

Tatey’s birthday is next week! OMG no more being 18! So what else is new? I’ve almost finished my first week of holidays.. Sarah is back from Stanthorpe today, or whatever redneck hick town she’s been in.. I mean, they crush grapes with their feet there! I KNOW RIGHT?!

A while ago, while trolling through Target with Adam, this random promo lady asks us if we wanted to enter a competition to win a complete Pixifoto shoot. So we’re like “aight” and I filled out the form. She’s like “Okay, call you if you win” so during Maths last week, I finished the exam, looked at my phone and had 5 missed calls from this landline number.. So I called them back. Turns out I won the consolation prize which was a free $68 portrait. Except I had to pay the $3.95 sitting fee.. So yeah, anyways. That was that. Mother and I went in, and did a 1/2 family shot.

So last weekend I was walking through Carindale with Adam again and complaining about something, when this stand from Starshots photography and I showed Adam that I actually wanted a GLAMOUR photo done, not some bs Pixifoto. We’ve all had them before.. hell I’ve had a Pixifoto when I was like 4. Anyways, so I entered the Starshots photography competition, didn’t take note of what the prize was, but today when I was out checking the mail, I recieve a letter from Starshots informing me I’ve won the prize where I am entitled to a FREE makeover and photoshoot valued at $175! Only catch is photos are hella expensive, and I have to order them on the day But seriously! What are the chances of winning TWO photography competitions?! Maybe it’s all a scam..? I dunno, but I feel lucky!
