So this is about my weekend!

I had an average weekend. Oh no, don’t get me wrong, there were some really excellent high points, but when you take into account the really shitty low points, you get the result of an average.

I actually had a few issues on Saturday with my blood sugar levels being quite low. It was scary as I was driving and I started to feel really faint and nauseous and disoriented at the same time. I had to pull over for a little bit. Actually took almost 90 minutes to go from Aspley to LB’s which is ridiculously slow for those not geographically inclined. Anyways, the point is, I hope I’m not diabetic.

I saw a few different people:

Finally saw my LB! Missed him dearly! And we had a talk about things and caught up. I took him to Campbell’s in the morning and in the afternoon he held my hair back while I threw up in a gutter and picked me up and put me back inside. Big hugs for LB!

Went to the movies with my Nubbies (Kyrin)! We went and saw Heartbreak Kid. Was hilarious. I was actually cleaning his room out a couple of weeks ago and found these movie passes his grandparents had given him two years ago, but he never actually got around to using them. Anyways, they expired on the 25th November so I told him to use them ASAP and we did! On the 25th November lol. Allocated seating at cinemas are fucking gaybar. But oh well.

Actually met KP. She’s so cute! We’re pretty similar as far as I know for now. I was really worried up until this morning because she hadn’t spoken to me all weekend after Saturday. But she actually texted me not long after I started writing this to check in with me. Which I was but then I was because she’s having troubles at the moment.

Saw my SH. We had a fight but then we were all good later that night. I miss the silly boy sometimes.

And my plans for today? Well I’m going to be fighting crime… indoors (hopefully.. from a desk)! It’s raining at the moment, but wait, my car is undercover! Over the weekend, a guy came and set up our long awaited carport all by himself! Seriously! Just erected this cover out of nowhere on Saturday morning and when I came home from work last night it was all ready to use! Was so :O Anyways, mum still needs a different guy to come and install a roller door on it, so that should bring in the potential buyers

I should be seeing Erin tomorrow. Will be SO GOOD! We’re doing our annual ‘Let’s-go-down-to-the-Gold-Coast-and-see-how-shit-Schoolies-really-is’ trip. Unfortunately we’ve missed the Queensland party animals, but we should be able to see the New South Wales crowd, which is generally older, however I find them to be quieter. Either way, it shouldn’t matter as we’re going to be taking sticker photos and Old Time Western photos and laying on the beach somewhere burning up some more skin cells

Life is good!

Well it’s official!

Australia is finally under a new government after Kevin Rudd and the ALP won a landslide election to John Howard. It’s been 11 years since Howard took up the job, and while I don’t have any complaints particularly about these last few years, I am looking forward to fresh ideas concerning our future.

For the record, it was 81 seats for the ALP and just 57 for the Coalition. That’s alot of reason for celebration right?
